To All Our Valued Customers,

We want to update you in respect to the COVID-19 situation and water delivery.

We have been in contact with Mike Hicks from the CRD and our VIHA Health Inspector to inquire if we will be classed as an essential service, I have been advised that until we hear otherwise this is the case.

We ask that when we are doing a delivery to you please have no contact with the driver (social distancing required) as we want to ensure that our driver’s as well as our customer’s stay safe and healthy.

Please have a container or Ziplock bag at your tank for the driver to leave your receipt for your delivery.

If possible, please pay by interac e transfer or cheque and if no other option cash.

Please ensure you put your address information/contact name to know for which delivery this is for.

We continue to ask for as much notice as possible for your delivery as we are heading into the busy time of year and want to ensure we get to you before you are out of water.
